Every Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Come join the fun with activities for toddlers that provide an opportunity to work on developing language, cognitive, and social skills with fun activities based on art, music, games, and other sensory activities. Little ones and their special grown up will enjoy a different topic each week.
Reading to Dogs
2 p.m. - 3 p.m.
3rd Sunday of every month, from 2-3 p.m. Join the fun by choosing your favorite book to read to a four-legged friend. Canine Connections will have trained therapy dogs onsite.
11 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Join us every Wednesday and Friday at 11 a.m. for our Animal Encounters Program. Our Museum creatures include turtles, a tarantula, Madagascar hissing cockroaches, bearded dragons and a corn snake! Don't miss out on our weekly opportunities to take a closer look at some of these unique creatures. Visitors will get the chance to meet an animal up close and watch as it receives a tasty treat.
D.I.Y. Weekend Wizards
1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Grab your wizard hat and bring a friend to make, create and collaborate on do-it-yourself art projects and science experiments every Saturday, 1-3 p.m.

Come read with us! We'll have a special story that will be read to children every second and fourth Sunday of the month accompanied by an activity related to the content of the book. Engage your child in learning and literature! This program is co-hosted by Service Organization: Alpha Phi Omega at the University of Illinois, therefore, this is not a year-long program.
